If you are having problems sending email to many places because spam filters are saying your IP address is "blocked by Spamhaus", then you should follow the instructions on this page.

To find out if your IP address is listed on one of our databases, enter the IP address (normally your mail server's IP number) in the box below and press "Check IP":

Lookup an IP Address in Spamhaus Databases
IP Address

If your IP address is listed on any Spamhaus list, this lookup function will tell you which list it is on (SBL, XBL or PBL) and will give you a link to the exact record. Follow the link. The record will explain why the IP address is listed and what needs to be done to remove it.

If you do not know what IP address to lookup, look in the email 'reject' messages you are getting and read the message carefully. An IP address is a series of 4 numbers separated by dots (like "1.2.3.4" or "000.000.000.000") and the IP address that is the cause of the reject is normally visible in the reject message or "Undeliverable mail" message you are getting. A typical 'reject' message from a mail server using Spamhaus's spam-blocking system looks like this:

550 5.7.1 Email rejected because 1.2.3.4 is listed by zen.spamhaus.org

Many reject messages also contain a link you can follow.
If you can't see what IP address to lookup, or are not sure what your IP address is, please contact your local computer technician or your Internet Service Provider for assistance.

(note that
Spamhaus only lists IP addresses, we do not list email addresses or domains. The Lookup function above will not work with email addresses or domains)
